Looking for a new tuner

I was wondering if someone could help me with finding a new TV Tuner for my VMC.  I currently have an extenernal USB dual tuner and for one, I'd like to move it inside the machine, and two it needs to do what I need it to do...

 I currently have digital cable which means in my current setup I have 2 set-top boxes and each has a cable and IR blaster running to the tuner.  I looked at This Card, but with only one input, how would I make it work with 2 set-top boxes?  I can't imagine that I can somehow run the cable straight into this card without set-top boxes and have all of my channels can I?

Can anyone recommend a card that will work with my current setup yet be halfway future proof?  IE: take my cable signal for now and allow me to use it for digial OTA or digital signal in the future?
